Right before the highway turns back into freeway, so you can stand directly on the road and catch through-traffic. Huge lay-by/shoulder to pull over into. Waited an hour here, but when we did get a ride it took us all the way to Arcata.―Anonymous

Under the bridge at the shade wass going north , been pick up after 1h and 20 min , 2 cars already stop before very quickly but they where going nearby ! So ill say not bad at all even average―Anonymous
