At the train station, I asked bluntly to the train clerk if he would let me hitchhike the local train. He was very nice and accepted right away, although he wasn't totally allowed to do it.Always worth to ask !

A good place to get a lift on I-76 from center city. Traffic can go east or west on 76 so use a sign or ask the driver.―Anonymous
