the road from south splits here to plovdiv and to the motorway (west). enough places to stop for both directions.―Anonymous

Just right across the "Park Stadiona" you can stop cars from and in front of the gas station. Usual time waiting 15-20mins―Anonymous

quite some traffic but somewhat hard to get a lift. still a good option when moving from Sofia to the east.―Happy
