I was here very early in the moring on a weekday so most of cars were stopping for coffee or something before going gor work in Bratislava. So asked trucks around and got a ride to Brno. Easy to reach, a long bus stop with wide space for cars to stop and good visibility for cars (driving moderately fast). I thumbed without sign and after 10 mins got a ride to Brno, and dropped me at a good gas station directly on the highway (Lískovec) where I could very easily continue north to Prague.Seems like a very good place overall!

Traffic here is pure dogshit. If you are brought here and willing to go to South (Austria) ask to drop you further at "obchodni centrum futurum" (7 km along E50 and to the right).I've never went over 60 minutes in my career, but this place is smth.

To be honest, not really great spot. Hitch was not slow by any means, but gas station personal kicked me out, so I had to stand on the parking nearby. One tip to getting here from Brno. Get the train to Brno - Starý Lískovec, from there you must walk to Martina Ševčíka street and just before you cross under highway you need to climb up next to highway on the side of the gas station. The climb is kinda steep, but doable even with large backpack and dress shoes. You need to walk next to highway (BUT BEHIND THE RAILING, THERE IS QUITE A LOT OF SPACE), until you reach the gas station.Take care, stay safe.

arrived here at 5PM, waited until 9PM, slept in a tent behind the gas station. Some guy agreed to take us to Brno the next day. A lot of truck trafić, which we couldn't capitalize on since we're travelling as 2. A lot of locals in this gas station.―sysy

Nice place, great for Prague, you can get here by train from main station in Brno, the station is Stary Liskovec. There is a hole, you can go through and then you climb a small bank filled with trash and you are there―Stokars

Low traffic in the evening and a drunk man, that lives nearby the gas station was talking to us and was pretty anoying.There is a 2* hotel at the station if you need to sleep overnight, but is pretty expensive.
But we were very lucky and a lovely couple took us home.

Mi uzis ŝildon por Prago, veturis per la urbaj tramoj al la plej proksima vilaĝo, kaj de tie piediris. Estas multaj pomarboj laŭ la vojo, do oni ankaŭ povas manĝi tie. Mi kredas, ke se oni havas multan tempon kaj bagaĝon, oni ankaŭ povas petveturi de la vilaĝo al pli proksime al la benzinstacio. Ĉe la alia punkto super la ĉefvojo ĉi tie sur HM, estas transportaj informoj provizitaj de Anonimulo, la plej granda petveturanto en ĉi tiu retejo.
