place yourself at the corner before the highway there is space to stop and u can get the cars from both sides

Avoid at all costs if you're getting there after lunch. There is no fuel station only a food place which shuts at 5pm so if you arrive after lunchtime you will likely get stuck here. I had to camp in the forest overnight.

I may have waited 30min, if I have to guess.
It's a small town, not necessarily a busy road, but I feel like it's a good spot to be taken into Odense. Also, I think a car is more likely to stop if it's not a busy road. You can ask for cardboard and a sharpie at the nearby gas station. Don't go to Odense though, there's nothing to see there.

Very good spot. I stood with a sign saying 'Odense' and got a ride to Korup on the outskirts of Odense, wherefrom i could take a bus into town.
