Take the bus there, you can check it on G Maps. Its best to go to Armenia because it has no inner city traffic. Literally took me 1 minute. Lots of space for the driver and they are still slow due to a traffic light a few meters before the stop. Sign to Yerevan got me to Marneuli.―FlexiG

direction: Kakheti, Azerbaijan. metro station Samgori. take the north exit, otherway you need to cross te railway tracks. taxis, marshrutkas, people are waiting here. if nothing picks you up, take the bus #37, what goes on the motorway and leave it when it exits for the airport.―Anonymous

If you're going to Armenia and you're at this spot you've taken a little detour. But no problem, cars will stop pretty fast. If you have no luck, however, try walking up to the first gas station before Rustavi on the east-side of the road. The men working there are very friendly and will help you get a ride :)―Anonymous
