Asked around, and some people were willing to help, but weren't going the right direction. After 20min found someone going direction of Amsterdam, who dropped me on a great resting spot/petrol station next to the highway there.―Anonymous

My final hike in this trip: A very nice Holland man came up to me (oh magic) and offered me the lift to Haag, but I prefered waiting a lift to Amsterdan, and he changed his route and dropped me at Bussum, and I blackrode the train to central station in the late afternoon, guessed everybody was offwork, sorry)... and there is wifi here―momo

When we got off here employees immediately told us we couldn't ask for rides in front of the shop and had to stand at the exit. Because it was snowing we were asking people anyway and didn't get bothered by the staff for that. Something to keep in mind though...―Koendev

For a ride to Breda/Antwerp it took about 45 minutes, but we were offered different rides to Utrecht or Amsterdam. So it depends where you're heading.―Anonymous

Got dropped here many times, it's not really my favourite and I prefer hitchhiking from the exit lane in the center of amersfoort. My shortest wait was 5 minutes for direction den haag, but quite a few times I had to wait for almost one hour.―Angelobraam
