A couple people who couldnt see the sign properly pulled over, but then weren't going to Tromsø. Most people ignored. You might have more luck hitching to the road junction further North then hitching again across to Tromsø. The bus to Tromsø does stop here, so it's a good spot to attempt if you've got nothing else to do.―badatexams
