It seemed like a good spot but it took a bit longer than usual for Lofoten to stop. It seemed that most of the cars shoudl drive pretty far from here but due to miscommunication I only got couple kilometres. Probably would have waited for better ride maybe but in Lofoten it doesnt really matter. But I would say the best stop to leave Svolvear towards mainland―kiausiniuvagis

On my second day of waiting I was very lucky to get rides in lofoten direction but on day before I waited here for half an hour till it was to cold for me to wait longer (before that I stranded on spot right before bridge). Normally basically everyone is going to Harstad so you should just get on other side of bridge with someone going there and continue hitching beyond roundebad. First I waited at the bus station before this petrol station, it was small rain, but nobody stopped, and I changed to this petrol station, it didn't work, so i decided to walk forward and saw what would happen, and luckily, a Swedish lady and Argentine man picked me up after 3 hours !!!―momo
