Roundabout where road 17 heads off. Not much space to stop but cars go slowly. Fine in summer, don't try this in wintertime because there is not much traffic and tourists usually don't take up somebody.―Anonymous

From Bodö to Fauske or Kystriksvegn 17. Get the local train to Mörkved or local bus (i think it was 1 or 2 but do double-check) . The university is near so if you ask near university Mörkved its fine. Find a place near the road, there are many busstops along the road. But I advice you to get here first instead of wasting loads of time further into the centre. I got a lift to Löding pretty easily.―Anonymous

From Bodö directn south. Weekday, 9am. Got a lift to University (Mörkved) easily.. but mostly its local traffic, people going to work. It is worth taking the bus or train (1 stop) to Mörkved and hitch from there―Anonymous

Bus stop and cars don´t go very fast. You can go to the E6 from there, or with some luck to road 17.―Anonymous

I think this is the best spot to hitch out of Bodo, there is space near the road for cars to stop, visibility is not great, but after 45 minutes of waiting a Lithuanian guy picked me up and gave me a lift to Loding.―Venick8827
