The gas station isn't open 24 hours a day, and I woke up pretty early (I slept under the nearby bridge; it felt pretty safe and decent). So thumbing with a sign was my best option. I hitched a van going all the way to Fauske. There is a space to stop, and cars are slow. Overall, nice spot.―martih

Dir North. Fauske is the last Trainstation on this railroad (exept Bodø which is west) and containers from the trains are shifted to trucks here. you might find a ride later in the day.―Anonymous
