A lady offered to buy me a train ticket to Åsen but I refused and then I found a car going to Steinkjer.

Went there because it was marked here. Didn't see any place where a car could stop. Walked 4km south to a rest area and got a ride immediately there.

Walked here from Steinkjer as there didn't seem to be a good spot. Rest area with toilets. First person I asked gave a ride.

visibility good, speed okish, only place for cars to stop is on the lane leaving the road (still possible without blocking it).

Dir: North (E6). Here is a bus stop where cars can stop. You could also choose to take road 17, which is a lot slower but supposed to be very pretty

There is also a petrol station.

Several cars pulled of for me and I had to reject them because I needed to go further then they were able to take me ...

There is a curve that makes it harder for cars to stop. I was lucky because a villager felt sorry for me and gave me a ride to Steinkjer. In generell it does not look like a bad spot, but it feels like one.

Decent spot, didn't have to wait long to get south!

Dir: north, summer.
Bus stop so enough space to pull over, cars going slower as it's through a town, decent visibility.

The only viable spot getting out of Majavatn if youre going south. There is a very beautiful beach to camp near the lake and the water is crystal clear, perfect if theres good weather.

Nice spot where car can pull over. We were standing with a Steinkjer sign and someone took us to that city. The shop on the other side of the road is closed on Sunday.

The bus stop is a nice spot to hitch-hike. We got a ride to Namsos on Sunday afternoon, the gas station was closed. If you are looking for cardboard, a grey container is behind a house on the other side of the road, it's closed but there's a hole to grab some.

Bus stop with cover from the rain. In my opinion its a good spot, waited here 30 minutes before getting a lift towards Verdalsora.

Bad spot. I wanted to go north, but there is a tunnel and barely any wakable area. So i was stuck here. I was lucky and took the first ride to As, the next village with better condition.

Perfect place, just on the E6. There is a bus stop so cars can stop. We got offered a few rides to Levanger but refused those. Later we got a ride to Steinkjer
