Many cars going slowly and leaving Krakow, lots of space for them to pull over at the bus stop but be careful because you have to stand on a slim patch of grass for drivers to see you. With a sign saying SK I got a ride to Nowy Targ by a guy going to Slovakia but not the right direction.

Good spot just behind the lights in the bus stop. Its a bit annoying that there is this big bush in front of bus stop, so you have to stand quite close to the road. But the spot is good if you are trying to get south. I stood with a sign Rabka/Slovakia. Got picked up to Rabka

There is a bus stop just before the on-ramp to the A4 where there is plenty of traffic toward Katowice/Wrocław. Traffic lights make the spot very good since cars in ur direction go slow.
