Hitchhiked from here because the spot further up the road didn’t feel safe especially at night. Got a ride to Sepsiszentgyörgy/Sfântu Gheorghe quickly despite the darkness (it’s well lit up)―Arphile

You can get there easily by a bus, but the traffic is fast and cars have to make a steep stop to catch so maybe there are better places more near Brașov to get north.―matt

I hitched here towards Tg Mures, an I got a lift to Araci in about 15 minutes. Anyway I don't recommend getting to that village because it was full of gipsies.―Anonymous

After you left the main road, you might want to hitchhike again to the fortified church in Prejmer (one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites).Wait on the left, just after the small bridge.
Defintely have a paper saying \\'\\'Prejmer\\'\\' as people won\\'t pick you up because they don\\'t imagine that you only want them to drive you 3km from there.

It is quiet a hostel to get there from brasov right now, cause the bus is not driving. So we had to walk one hour on the Highway, which was shit. The guy who Picked us up took us 6 hours with him, without askkng for anything and even treated us with lunch. So we were really lucky :). Had a sign with Iaşi on it. The Man took us further to the moldovian borther, cause that was our goal.―Anonymous
