After one hour someone took me to Eibar Train Station. Decent spot but from the metro its quite a walk. With the Bus its quicker but you have to pay―JamonWithRamon

I arrived there with the bus A3515, I then asked around and the first car I asked took me to France!! 🇫🇷―Raphi

The gas station has the advantage to be accessible by foot in one hour from Burgos. However, it's quite small. I was there on a Sunday and there were not so many people. I preferred hitching at the entrance of the highway rather than the station to maximise the number of cars that could see me.―Raphi

The spot is good, you can see drivers from both roads and they are driving slow. It's still before the highway sign (so legal). Anyway we tried twice before success. In the end we removed all signes and got a driver who was willing to drive us to the next gas station on A-8.―Ellaella

We (Boy/Girl) we didn't ask around the Restaurant just at the gas station and the fifth person was willing to take us to Bilbao !! Really good spot even for going to france or so - yes people have full cars but you just have to wait and be patient and maybe a sign isn't smart at this station :) 🌱―Felimelideli

Almost impossible, I wasn't able to find a car there, look best at the other entrance of the city.―Anonymous

Better than San Mames, the other entrance of Bilbao, but complicated though.―Anonymous

I'd say if you are lucky you could catch a ride very quickly in the direction of Donostia. There are a lot of cars going to France or to Germany. I was waiting for 30-40min and then took a ride directly to Donostia.―Mochilero

Good spot, easy to find a ride to Donaostia and France. PErfect to reach: From the bus terminal take a bus to Leteiko and get off at "Boroa". Jsut walk some 50 meters on, cross the national road over the bridge and in roundabout turn left to climb down over the broken fence.―Poebbels

I was not very lucky with this place.Make sure you know the timetable of the bus ( I had to wait 1.5h for the next bus going there) and you are at the BUS TERMINAL (not the Central Station)...
Once you made it to the gas station (well accessible from bus station BOROA) you should be able to catch a ride to San Sebastian.
I planned to get to Bordeaux but only made it to San Sebastian from where I hadto take the train...
