Good traffic, good pullover spot. Can hitch both north and south from here.

You can also sleep in the shack at the shooting range nearby. There is a gate in the fence on the north east side.

Waited for 2 hours until a girl picked me up and drove me to Varberg. I stood right at the gas station exit with a Oslo sign.

Pretty nice spot. A car managed to pull over. Not a lot of traffic though.

Many cars take a quick stop at the gasstation/McDonalds. I have never had any problems getting a longride south. North should work too.

2 roundabouts there but not good if you are trying to go south

roundabout at the on-ramp. looks a great place, but waiting a long time is possible. Mostly when heading south!

Took 45 mins to get a ride. Good spot though, with plenty of room for cars to stop safely.

I asked maybe five cars for a maximum of ten minutes and got a ride to Falkenberg! At noon on a sunny day in november. Great place!

It took about 1 hour to get a lift ... I didn't have a sign, but I figured it was obvious which direction I was traveling. You can get cardboard at the petrol stop across the motorway .... but when I was there it was wet from some rain the night before, which is why I didn't have a sign.
