Good spot to go to Bursa. There are the cars that comes from the ferry wave by wave but none of them stopped. I was taken by one of the truck from the truck agency just after the toll station. It was a Sunday so most probably that's why it took so long : every car was full ! And I did not get too much attention. I don't understand how the others "talked to truck driver" because truck drivers just go to the toll station and pass. It's not a parking or something. However a lot of cars are parked but again full most of the time. I accepted to get a ride in the other side of the ferry, was a good decision. Thanks Seyfullah!―cavalierrustique

Good spot to go East. I was offered a ride easily to Ankara but I refused because my goal was Eskisehir/Bursa. Had a lift to Gebze after 40mn to take the boat BUT most of the drivers don't go to the ferry ⛴️ so they will just let you in a random place in Gebze and you might have to walk 1 hour to go there.―cavalierrustique

-To Izmir / Ferry Eskihisar -Took the train from Istanbul to Gebze and walked up to the road. Stood just behind the entrance and directly got a ride to the ferry in Ehiskisar.
Visibility is not too good.

First I waited 90min before and after toll station. Heavy traffic and somewhat slow. Then I asked the guards at the toll station and they said I can stay right next to it.
