Southbound. This seemed like an ideal spot; lots of traffic, wide ramp, stoplight. My experience here was pretty terrible. I had a few offers of rides two to three miles down the road and nothing else for nearly five hours. I finally left when a cop threatened me, even though I was standing in a legal spot. If heading to the bay, I'd suggest taking the bus over to I-5.―Anonymous
