Great spot to hitch out of Knoxville towards Kentucky and further north. The ramp shoulder is pretty wide, so cars have a lot of room to pull over. You can get here from downtown by the 20 bus. You can check out the route here http://www.katbus.com/maps/route20.pdfYou can get off at Tillery Dr and walk like 10 mins.
