Got dropped here at 9PM, still a bit of traffic, but 80% of the cars went to Narbonne/Montpellier. I got tons of offers. For my first offer to the south I had to wait 60mins. So I would say it's a 4/5 spot towards south but definitely 5/5 for northbound.―TajineMachine

This is one of those places where the saying “if someone wants to stop, they will stop” really applies. It’s not ideal, but it’s far from the worst either. Drivers can see you from a relatively long distance, and there’s a fair amount of space for them to pull over.―Veless

Waited for one evening with no luck, we (two guys) slept in a nice spot if you follow the path next to the a9 north. The next morning we were picked by a group of italian guys in a camper van. They were a really fun group and gave us beer in exchange for wine. One of the best Hitchhiking experiences i have had.Used a Barcelona sign
