Alot of Traffic and enough space to stop but, because Kobuleti is very long, there is mostly inner city traffic. We just took the Bus nr. 1 to the end of the city for 0.5 Lari.

I was going to Poti but the first driver took me only to Kobuleti. It was a real problem to get out of town so I catched a bus to the Poti turn.

Taking bus numb 10 or 101 from citycenter, this is the last stop, u have also a nice beach (small rocks..) to camp in the night. lots of traffic, easier cars than trucks (long ways, turkey-azerb so hardly stop)

Good spot with ample space to stop and relatively slow traffic. Also used by local hitchhikers, and I quickly found a ride together with somebody who came walking to the spot.

They are other people waiting for mashrutka. I wait 5 minutes, asking to go direction of Batumi. I went to Kobuleti 25 km far from batumi

All cars go out of the city so its great to travel east. Had a sign Tbilisi in Georgian letters but didnt matter cause the guy that picked me up after 45 minutes doesnt read georgian. Enough space to pull over. Bring sun screen in summer.

Perfect spot to get out of Kobuleti. Just in front of the supermarket there is enough space to stop and a lot of shade. But be ready to say no to a lot of marshutkas.
