I came from Berlin and wanted to go near Hamburg, but my lift was going to drive to Rostock, so i had to decide between this an the next rest stop before Wittstock. I went here, because this was a quite big one. I waited around 1h before a guy took me all the way to Hamburg. You may have to wait a bit even in easter holidays, but there are many cars getting fuel or people eating burgers.―rubntf97

This is a quite big stop with a petrol station an a big parking lot. First I asked some people at the parking lot which was not really sucsessful. There were not too much cars and I decided to go to the petrol station. The peolpe drove in various directions and after a while of asking I saw a man filling his car with LPG. I've never seen this before and talked to him. Although he said he smokes in his car I got a lift to Herzsprung near Wittstock.―Anonymous

I was headed to Rostock to catch a ferry to Denmark. MANY cars headed to Hamburg, not so many north. I would recommend getting dropped off at the station BEFORE this one on the A24 where there is also a gas station. This one is only a restaurant and is mostly families with a full car.―F.arbolino

We stood in front of goodbye sign in the end of the rest station. There were lot of families and full cars, so lot of people can’t take us but then take us one old pair. I think it is a good spot, but maybe we were lucky.―Ančis
