u can take the bus 43 from the center, sleep on the forest next to highway, ask the restaurant for water and all and hitchhike on the morning
it’s like 40min of bus from center of riga

From Riga to Saldus, Skrunda, Liepaja. Till this point u can get by minibus (from Riga's centre) which goes to PINKI or SKULTE. Write down LIEPAJA and u won't stay longer than half an hour.―Anonymous

Quite bad hhing place. Its a gas station near by, but there only local cars are stopping (normaly). If you are here - try to change a position, using those car even for couple km. But better to avoid this place―Anonymous
