u can take the bus 43 from the center, sleep on the forest next to highway, ask the restaurant for water and all and hitchhike on the morning
it’s like 40min of bus from center of riga

Very good spot in case you want to avoid Riga city. Get from A8 to A5, then get a ride to Salaspils or even straight to the direction of Tallin. I usually wait 5-10 min. The uncomfortable thing is that some drivers will offer a ride to one of following roundabouts.―Mayra
