to Dobele, to Tukums. Somewhere here there is a bus stop, so try to hhike htere. Write down your destination. You you don't have a lift in half an hour - change position. In 1,5 km there is a crossroad - try there:)―Anonymous

I waited less than 5 minutes at this spot, when hitchhiking to Radviliskis, Lithuania. I got a ride directly to Siauliai! (Which about 20 km away from Radviliskis). Just make a big LT sign, and you're set!―Anonymous

At/in front of a busstop, just after traffic lights. Good visible for cars, good place to stop.In direction of Riga. With sign "Riga" waited for 15 mins. A lot of people go straight to Riga.

Got a ride to Jelgava after 10 minutes,from where I could hitchhike further to Lithuania. Since it's a bus stop right after a traffic light the cars have plenty of time to recognize you and there is enough space to stop―Anonymous

Got a ride close to the border to Lithuania after less than 5 minutes :) it's a bus stop on the road that goes directly to Lithuania so I think with a LT sign you would get a ride there very easily―Anonymous
