I hitched from here many times, sometimes alone and sometimes with a friend. Cars go East along the coast, many only to Maro but some further to Motril or even Granada. There's a big space for stopping safely. Locals are used to hitchers around here.―mossenmoons

Poste Chay iris aĉeti iom da manĝaĵo kaj mi renkontis du brazilanojn el Goiás kaj Minas Gerais, ili donis al mi iom da trinkaĵoj, estis bonege. Mi rekomendas Torres del Mar.―Jurobola

I was hitchhiking towards Algeciras. Good spot but probably they will drop you in Malaga, so be careful and ask the driver (in case you want to keep south) to drop you in a petrol station.―Anonymous

It´s a roundabout,so it´s easy for drivers to stop, You could find cars going to both directions, Motril and Malaga. We had to wait only 20 mins before being picked up.―Anonymous
