Great spot, lots of traffic, easy to approach people filling up at the gas station. A lot of cars go further ahead to the shopping though so if you are two people splitting up is an advantage. Getting off here is probably the best option even if you lift can take you all the way to lausanne.―Frederik

In the afternoons you can easily catch a ride from Switzerland to the villages on the French side with cross border commuters, but the other direction is difficult. And the other way around in the mornings.―TillWenke

Got lift from here (2017), not a bad spot, not much traffic but doable.The road goes uphill so cars are slow from roundabout and can't speed up much yet.
