We waited at the nearby roundabout for over 2 hours. Only when we passed we realized this would have been a much better spot. Don't make the same mistake, go to this spot straight away, it's much easier for cars to stop.―Anonymous

Immediately after we started hitchhiking lovely chap stopped and took us directly to Hunedoara's castle through beautiful hilly countryside. Note - this route is perhaps significantly slower then via Calan if u wanted go to highway in Deva. Plus in this point is not much room for cars to stop.―johnni
