We waited here for 3 hours but we were not trying to go somehwere really. We were 4 and basically we were just waiting for a train because it was pretty late evning. Also maybe it woudl be nicer to stand at the end of the town not in the middle of it. But there is a looooot of space to stop. Would say very nice spot. There is just about enough space for cars to stop after the roundabout and they go slow. Guy stopped for us and took us to just where we needed. And from what i gathered most of the traffic is going to Petrosani direction―kiausiniuvagis

Immediately after we started hitchhiking lovely chap stopped and took us directly to Hunedoara's castle through beautiful hilly countryside. Note - this route is perhaps significantly slower then via Calan if u wanted go to highway in Deva. Plus in this point is not much room for cars to stop.―johnni
