After a year, I returned to this gas station. The story was similar, but it wasn't that late at night, and I managed to find a couple near Sibiu. Also, I met a pair of hitchhikers here, so it's likely a frequent spot. Overall, I believe this is a good spot for Sibiu and Bucharest.―martih

Good spot for Sebes or Alba Lulia. I had a sign Alba Lulia but the driver brought me to Sibiu so that was even better :)―Mariva269
